The villa's ground floor hosts an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, seamlessly opening onto a covered terrace, inviting guests to revel in picturesque sea views. A double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a small utility room are also conveniently located on this floor.
Ascending to the first floor reveals the remaining bedrooms: two twin rooms, and a double and twin room, all equipped with en suite bathrooms. The double and twin rooms grant access to a balcony, providing another vantage point to appreciate the panoramic view.

About Kalami
Kalami has become a well known resort by its association with the famous Durrell family, some of whom once occupied the beautiful White House. This is now an excellent and very popular taverna, sitting in a superb position on the shoreline with the waves virtually lapping its sides. This tiny, upmarket resort has several bars and tavernas spread along the beach front and is a well known area for water sports and motor boat hire. Its neighbour, Kouloura is a stunning horseshoe-shaped little bay, with a quiet taverna and bar overlooking the beautiful harbour and is within walking distance around the bay from Kalami.
Beaches in Kalami
Kalami has a main pebble beach, with crystal clear waters, sunbed and umbrella facilities, tavernas and bars jotted around. A little further, approximately a 5 minute drive, you will come to the secluded Yialiskari beach, whilst, just before Kalami, you can choose to spend the day at its neighboring cove Kouloura, which also has a comfortable beach and a taverna.

FAQs
Official check in time is from 15:00 onwards. These times may vary during high season and busy periods due to the large scale of work for the maids.
On departure day, check out is anytime before 10:00, unless you have made arrangements for late check out.
Prior to your arrival we will leave a booklet in your accommodation listing all local emergency numbers and our own contact numbers which are open all day (and night for emergencies). Our numbers are also on all paperwork sent to you during the booking process. Non-emergency queries i.e. plumbing and other maintenance problems will be dealt with during the day and we ask you to contact our local office during working hours. Please do not forget to take your travel insurance policy details with you!
We do our best to provide a basic welcome pack, particularly for late arrivals. However, due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise it is not guaranteed, especially during high season and busy periods. This pack contains water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits. If you wish to order a larger hamper this can be arranged if you send us an email with all your requirements and we will send you a quote. Ideally we need to have the order at least a week before arrival. There is a service charge for this of Euros 20.00 and can be paid locally.
Yes, linen and towels are provided but beach/pool towels are not. Pool towels may be provided in some villas
Generally, all accommodation is cleaned twice a week. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. In some properties the maid will come on one of the other days just to remove any rubbish and clean around the pool. Some of the villas have agreements to clean more often, but this can vary from one property to another.
This depends on which property you are staying in. Most televisions in apartments and studios offer only free to air channels showing Greek channels and some English speaking news channels. Some accommodation have smart TVs.
It is unlikely that you will have a washing machine in your apartment or studio. Most villas do have washing machines. Please check the 'facilities' list on the accommodation pages to see what is provided.

Some, not all, apartments and villas have hairdryers. However, if it is important that you have one it may be preferable to bring your own.
Cooking utensils are provided but you will be required to buy your own charcoal. All supermarkets sell this.
Most, but not all, accommodation has free WiFi and the code should be on show somewhere in the room. If not, please let us know and we will contact the owner to get it.
Most of our accommodation has air conditioning, however in some cases there is a charge for this facility. Please check at the time of booking if there is an extra charge.
No, anti-slip mats are not provided. Guests must be very cautious in all bathrooms as flooring is usually slippery when wet.
No. None of the shared or private pools in any property has a lifeguard. It is vital at all times to stay with children and/or vulnerable people by the pool. Diving is not permitted and depths must be checked before entering the pool. Use of the pool is not encouraged at night and especially when alcohol has been consumed.
