Flights booked through The Travel Corner are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline as well as these Terms & Conditions.

Airlines may impose their own rules regarding:

We will provide assistance where reasonably possible, but airline decisions and operational requirements remain outside our control.

You are responsible for checking your flight details and arriving at the airport with sufficient time to complete check-in, security and boarding procedures.

Failure to check in on time may result in you being refused boarding and may result in the loss of your ticket.

You should also check your email before travelling for any notifications or changes to your flight.

8. Accommodation

Accommodation is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant property or accommodation provider.

The maximum occupancy stated for each property must not be exceeded.

Where a booking constitutes a package, your rights in relation to significant changes, cancellation, refunds and alternative arrangements will be governed by the applicable package-travel legislation.

Where a service is booked separately, the terms of the relevant supplier and applicable consumer law will apply.

14. Package Travel

Some combinations of travel services booked through The Travel Corner may constitute a package under applicable legislation.

A package can include, for example, a combination of accommodation and transport or other qualifying travel services.

Where a price increase is permitted, we will provide you with the relevant information and explain your rights.

Any mandatory consumer rights concerning price increases will apply.

16. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

We are not responsible for circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided and which prevent or significantly affect the performance of a travel service.

These may include, for example:

• natural disasters;
• severe weather;
• war or serious security risks;
• civil unrest;
• epidemics or pandemics;
• government restrictions;
• airport or port closures;
• industrial action; or
• other exceptional events beyond reasonable control.

Where such circumstances affect a package booking, the rights provided by applicable package-travel legislation will apply.

For other travel services, the relevant supplier's terms and applicable law will apply.

17. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers take out suitable travel insurance when making their booking.

Your insurance should provide appropriate cover for your circumstances, including cancellation, medical expenses, baggage and other risks relevant to your trip.

You are responsible for checking that your policy provides adequate cover and for reading the policy terms carefully.

We cannot guarantee that your insurance will cover every circumstance, so you should ensure that the policy meets your individual needs.

18. Transfers

Transfers arranged through The Travel Corner are provided by independent, appropriately licensed suppliers.

Transfer arrangements may be subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions.

You should ensure that the flight, ferry or other arrival information provided to us is accurate so that the transfer can be arranged correctly.

If your travel arrangements change, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Additional charges may apply for items such as fuel, insurance, additional drivers, child seats, damage or late return, depending on the supplier's terms.

20. Boat Hire

Boat hire is subject to the conditions of the relevant boat-hire provider and applicable Greek maritime and safety requirements.

Licence requirements vary depending on the type and power of the boat.

Where a licence is required, the customer is responsible for holding the appropriate valid licence.

Customers must follow all safety instructions and the instructions provided by the boat-hire operator.

Any security deposit, fuel charges, damage charges, permitted operating areas and other conditions will be communicated as applicable to the booking.

21. Excursions and Activities

Excursions, tours and activities may be provided by independent suppliers.

Where an excursion or activity is not operated directly by The Travel Corner, it will be subject to the supplier's terms and conditions.

We will provide information about available activities and, where requested, assist with bookings.

Availability, schedules and operating conditions may change, particularly due to weather or local circumstances.

22. Baggage

Baggage allowances and restrictions are determined by the relevant airline, ferry company or other transport provider.

You are responsible for checking the baggage allowance applicable to your ticket before travelling.

Additional baggage charges may apply.

You should also comply with all applicable security requirements and restrictions.

23. Flight Changes, Delays and Cancellations

Airlines are responsible for the operation of their flights, including delays, cancellations and changes to schedules.

Where your flight is affected, we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

Your statutory passenger rights may apply depending on the circumstances and the applicable legislation.

24. Accommodation Facilities and Local Conditions

Facilities and services at accommodation properties can occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, seasonal operation, local restrictions or circumstances outside our control.

Examples may include swimming pools, restaurants, shops, water sports and other resort facilities.

Where we are informed in advance of significant changes that may materially affect your booking, we will communicate this information where reasonably possible.

25. Complaints

If you experience a problem during your holiday, please contact us or the relevant supplier as soon as possible.

Giving us the opportunity to address an issue while you are travelling can often allow it to be resolved quickly.

If your complaint cannot be resolved during your trip, please submit your formal complaint to us in writing after your return.

Your complaint should include your booking reference, relevant dates and details of the issue.

We will review your complaint and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

26. Accessibility and Special Requirements

If you or a member of your travelling party has a disability, reduced mobility, medical requirement or other special requirement, please tell us before booking.

We will provide information about available facilities and reasonable assistance where possible.

Requirements should be communicated as early as possible because airlines, accommodation providers and other suppliers may have their own procedures and restrictions.

27. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, information may occasionally change or contain errors, including information relating to prices, availability, accommodation facilities, travel schedules and local services.

Where we become aware of a significant error or change affecting a confirmed booking, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.
